I think the Green Weight Loss Challenge...Hey Ben, <br /><br />I think the Green Weight Loss Challenge is great idea and something everyone could benefit from (including the earth). So thanks for taking this on and even if you didn't accomplish your initial goals I think it was a worthy exercise. It's easy for anyone to forget that sometimes walking as a means of transportation is possible and actually quite beneficial. I know that personally I would benefit more from walking - I not only feel calmer when I'm walking daily, but soon I begin to notice that my feet are stronger and I have better balance.
